Electrical Production

Position Description

Position Description: To Manage and effectively Supervise the Electrical Production Department.

Experience

He should be having a minimum of 10+ years’ experience in production of Motors, Alternators and Specialty Electrical Machines. Of this, he should be having a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Supervisory role.

Qualifications

B. Tech / M. Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Skill set

• Excellent Knowledge of winding configurations, connection diagrams and winding processes of AC and DC machines
• Good knowledge of relay operation and electrical panel wiring
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse, skilled team to achieve highest productivity levels
• Ability to consistently achieve the targeted production with Zero defects and as per the required quality standards
• Basic knowledge of ERP
